Message frequency varies and depends on the occurrence of monitored events and system conditions. Customers may receive multiple messages during an active incident or no messages for extended periods when systems are operating normally.
SMS notifications are informational and operational in nature and are not used for marketing, promotional, or sales purposes.
Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient's mobile carrier and service plan.
Blue Tech Consulting LLC obtains verbal consent from customers and designated alert recipients before sending operational SMS notifications.
Consent is obtained before a mobile phone number is added to any automated alert notification list.
Verbal consent is documented during onboarding, project implementation, support interactions, or when customers designate alert recipients for monitored systems.
